Our 'MBC Services Request' is divided into three sections; printing, photocopying and scanning. The support request is designed to eliminate errors making it essential that you complete the request in full.

Courier Service - With urgent delivery requirements we recommend a courier service. For example this method may be required when a court bundle needs to be delivered before 4:00pm on the same day.
If you require your document(s) to be delivered by the next day you will need to submit your request ideally 24 hours in advance, to guarantee next day delivery.
If your request is urgent please contact the MBC support team before 12:00pm to discuss whether they have the capacity to deal with your print job. If it is achievable please submit your request before 1:00pm in order for your document(s) to be dispatched on the same day.
Process Server - A process server is an individual who serves legal documents. For example you may require a process server to deliver and process a court bundle with the court.
In the event a process server is required please submit your request ideally 24 hours in advance.
